The portal consisted of a very large number of content blocks and pages that needed to be rebuilt with HubDB to recreate the existing functionality. Standard themes and templates weren't enough to replicate the existing blog structure in detail, which made the migration technically demanding. All of this also had to fit within 1.5 months — from start to launch, including a design update. ### **The Solution:** - Built a flexible HubSpot theme foundation and heavily customized it to replicate the existing site's structure and functionality down to the smallest detail. - Created custom HubDB structures to handle the large number of content blocks and pages, instead of forcing the content into standard templates. - Migrated all blogs, content hubs, and data-driven pages to the new HubSpot structure. - Fine-tuned the visual design for a cleaner, faster, and more modern feel — without losing the familiar user experience. - Implemented several custom solutions for stable functionality and optimized performance. - Connected marketing, CRM, and sales in a unified HubSpot platform. ### **Results:** The full portal — blogs, content hubs and data-driven pages — went live on HubSpot within 1.5 months of kickoff, including a design update.
