Rhythm Systems, a US-based strategic execution platform combining software, methodology and CEO coaching for mid-sized growth companies, has been working with us for more than three years. As part of that ongoing partnership, we updated their website and added functionality they were missing — including two new business portals.
The Challenge:
The website and brand no longer kept pace with how Rhythm Systems positions itself — as a modern, AI-driven platform for strategic execution. Their marketing process wasn't organized in a unified system, and there was no central place for major customers to access information and training materials — neither internally for the team nor externally for customers.

- Updated the website's design and structure with a custom HubSpot theme, aligned with the refreshed brand.
- Consolidated and cleaned up the marketing process in HubSpot into a unified system.
