# Website update with new portals for Rhythm Systems

Rhythm Systems is a US strategic execution platform — software, methodology and CEO coaching for mid-market growth companies. We have built and run their entire web presence for more than three years.

### **The Challenge:**

The website and brand no longer kept pace with how Rhythm Systems positions itself — as a modern, AI-driven platform for strategic execution. The marketing process was not organised in one system, and there was no central place for larger customers or the internal team to reach information and training material.

### **The Solution:**

- Built their entire site on a custom HubSpot theme — 135 modules and 56 templates covering pages, landing pages, blog and system pages
- A gated membership area with the whole account flow: registration, login, passwordless authentication, password reset and access control
- A partner portal with its own home, community, profile, resources and solutions sections
- Campaign machinery as reusable templates — the annual planning campaign, conferences, webinars and executive master classes — so launching a campaign is a page, not a project
- Consolidated the marketing process in HubSpot into one system

### **Results:**

Three years on we still build and maintain it. The team launches campaigns from templates instead of commissioning pages, and customers reach their material through an area that authenticates them properly.
