Multilingual implementation on HubSpot
Paymash, a Swiss provider of point-of-sale and payment systems operating in several European markets, turned to us to build a complex multilingual, multi-regional system on HubSpot. We rebuilt blogs, landing pages, and registration forms from scratch to support multiple languages and markets simultaneously.
The Challenge:
Paymash sells its point-of-sale and payment system in several European countries, but the website wasn't built to handle multiple languages and markets in parallel. Launching new content or new landing pages for each market required extra manual work, and the large multi-step forms for different products were only available in a handful of languages. The blog also wasn't structured for multilingual content, which made it difficult to scale communication to new markets.
The Solution:
- Rebuilt the entire website structure from the ground up to support multiple languages and regions in parallel, instead of a single-language site.
- Built a flexible multilingual page system for landing pages, so new markets can be added without rebuilding pages from scratch.
- Designed and built large, multi-step registration forms per product, customized and translated for each market.
- Restructured the blog for multilingual content, so posts can be organized and published by language/market.
- Connected everything in HubSpot for unified management of content, forms, and follow-up per market.
- [QUESTION: which AI tool/process was used here – e.g. AI-assisted translation/localization, AI-supported form logic, or AI-assisted coding of the multilingual system?]

Questions and Answers
This is what most people wonder before we start. Can't find the answer — reach out.
What does a HubSpot project cost?
It depends on the scope — a CRM setup is smaller than a full website migration. You choose a fixed price per project or an ongoing hourly rate, and you always get a clear quote before we start. No long-term contracts and no surprises on the invoice.
How long does an implementation take?
A typical CRM implementation takes 4–8 weeks. We've completed a full website migration to HubSpot CMS in one month. After the first free meeting, you'll get a concrete timeline for your specific project.
Is HubSpot GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We set up HubSpot with EU data hosting from day one, so your customer data never leaves the EU. We configure consent, cookie handling, and data processes in accordance with GDPR.
Do you use AI in your work?
Yes. We integrate AI into every step — from development and optimization to process automation. This allows us to find faster, more accurate solutions, reduce manual work, and continuously improve how we work on every project.
Which HubSpot licenses do we need?
We'll help you figure that out. Often a smaller license than you'd think is enough — we only recommend what you actually need and help you avoid unnecessary costs.
What happens after launch?
We stick around. Most customers continue with ongoing optimization — monthly improvements, support, and continued training for the team. But it's entirely optional: you own your HubSpot portal and everything we've built.
