Work we can show
Websites, CRM, automation and custom apps — what each project involved, largest first.
Their entire web presence, three years running
Rhythm Systems' whole web presence, built and maintained by us for over three years: a custom theme of 135 modules and 56 templates, a gated membership area with full authentication, a partner portal and reusable campaign templates.
Multilingual implementation on HubSpot
Paymash, a Swiss POS and payment software provider active across multiple European markets, brought us in to build a complex multilingual, multi-region system on HubSpot. We rebuilt blogs, landing pages, and registration forms from the ground up to support multiple languages and markets at once.
Web portal migration to HubSpot in 1.5 months
We moved Lunio's large, content-heavy web portal to HubSpot, mirroring the original with an improved design and full integration. The portal included multiple content hubs, blogs, and data-driven pages — and the entire migration was completed in six weeks.
Measuring which touch actually wins the deposit
Their CRM logged every call and note but could not say what happened before a first deposit. We rebuilt the measurement on the real moment of the deposit, and found the existing fields had been counting calls placed after it.
A task app the shop floor actually opens
Legno's teams hand each other work for a specific day, tick it off, and discuss it inside the task. A workshop TV shows the board with a column per person, and the app installs straight from the browser — no app store.
Transport orders read straight from email
A language model reads each order email — PDFs included — and decides what it is. Only new bookings become orders, nothing is booked twice, and every change is tested against 50 real email threads before it goes live.
A medical device site written for surgeons
Ten page types on a custom HubSpot theme — clinical evidence, product, team and news — each laid out for its own content rather than squeezed into one template.
Zero layout shift across 456 pages
Their hero animation shifted the layout on 456 pages — 0.126 CLS on desktop, above Google's 0.1 threshold. One change took it to zero across four languages, alongside hreflang, breadcrumbs and a self-hosted font.
Call reporting across two phone systems and the CRM
Much of the talk time ran through a softphone the dialer could not see. We joined Unitalk, CommPeak and HubSpot into one set of reports, and published the operator time-tracker as a protected page inside the CRM.
A Gothenburg workshop, findable in three languages
Swedish, Ukrainian and Russian, a complete page each. Alongside technical SEO the site ships an llms.txt, so AI assistants answering local questions read a clean source instead of guessing.

For the first time, we can clearly see what drives growth. The reports are understandable even for leadership.
Senior consultants through and through, zero hype. They speak up when something isn't worth the money — that builds trust.
We reviewed and built a complete CRM solution for a team of 100 people, supporting a large number of custom objects and a substantial amount of data.
